Return Policy
At Global Expo Backdrops, we strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. If there is an issue with your order, please review the guidelines below regarding returns, replacements, and damaged merchandise.
1. Return Eligibility
Eligible non-customized products may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
⦁ To qualify for a return, items must:
⦁ Remain unused and unaltered
⦁ Be returned with their original packaging
⦁ Be in a condition suitable for resale
Approved returns include complimentary return shipping.
2. Customized & Printed Product
Because custom-printed products are produced specifically for each order, they are generally not eligible for return or refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:
⦁ Printed backdrops
⦁ Custom banners
⦁ Canvas prints
⦁ Other personalized display products
Please carefully review all artwork proofs before approval. Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, modifications, cancellations, or order changes cannot be accommodated.
3. Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
To help us evaluate the issue, please provide:
⦁ Your order number
⦁ Clear photographs of the product and packaging
⦁ A brief explanation of the problem
⦁ Claims should be submitted to: sales@globalexpobackdrops.com
⦁ After review and approval, we will provide either:
⦁ A replacement product, or
⦁ Store credit for the affected item
⦁ Monetary refunds are not offered for approved damage or defect claims.
4. Delivery & Return Shipping
We provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders.
For approved returns, replacements, or verified damage claims, return shipping and replacement shipping costs are covered by Global Expo Backdrops.
5. Review & Processing Timeline
Once a returned item or claim request has been received, our team will begin the review process.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for inspection, verification, and final resolution.
