Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11 am Fridays will ship the next business day. We will notify you if there is an issue with shipping your order. FREE SHIPPING on all the products. Please be aware that ordered items may arrive in separate boxes. Shipping and customs fees are nonrefundable.
Free Delivery within the United States
We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other USA territories.
Our carriers deliver Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Special deliveries can be made on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays, which are chargeable. Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card left for you or contact us for more information.
International Shipment
We ship most international packages via UPS and DHL. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels. Import duties are not covered for international shipments. Free shipping to most countries.

Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees
Customers are responsible for sales tax and any other local taxes for the order they placed with Globalexpobackdrops.com.
GE Backdrops bears no responsibility for taxes pertaining to your local city or state.
International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. Please note that the Import Duty and Taxes charge will be extra as per the Customs of the Destination country and cannot be confirmed beforehand, and will be borne by the customer.
