At Global Expo Backdrops, we work to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping services, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Schedule

Orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders submitted after 11:00 AM on Friday will enter processing on the following business day.

If an issue arises that may impact the shipment of your order, our team will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Please note that certain orders may be packaged and shipped in multiple cartons.

Receiving items in separate packages does not result in any additional shipping charges.

Complimentary Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all products.

While shipping charges are covered by Global Expo Backdrops, any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or government-imposed charges remain the customer's responsibility and are nonrefundable.

United States Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services throughout the United States, including:

The contiguous 48 states

· Alaska
· Hawaii
· Puerto Rico
· Additional U.S. territories

Standard carrier deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Weekend, holiday, or special delivery requests may be available at an additional cost.

To help ensure successful delivery, customers should make arrangements to receive and sign for shipments when required. If a delivery attempt is missed, please follow the carrier's instructions or contact our support team for assistance.

International Shipping Services

We proudly serve customers worldwide.

Most international shipments are handled through trusted carriers such as UPS and DHL.

Depending on product availability, package size, or production requirements, international orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. No additional shipping fees will be charged solely because an order is divided into multiple packages.

Free shipping is available to customers in most international destinations.

Global Delivery Availability

Our products can be shipped to customers in many countries worldwide.

Taxes, Customs Charges & Import Fees

Customers are solely responsible for any applicable:

Global Expo Backdrops does not collect or assume responsibility for taxes imposed by local authorities, except for charges collected at checkout, where applicable.

For international shipments, customs agencies within the destination country may assess duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges vary by location and cannot be predicted or guaranteed in advance. Any such fees must be paid by the recipient.

Delivery Timeframes & Liability

Although we make every reasonable effort to ship orders promptly and provide accurate delivery estimates, shipping timelines are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

· Carrier transportation disruptions
· Customs inspections or clearance delays
· Severe weather conditions
· Operational or logistical interruptions

Global Expo Backdrops shall not be held responsible for losses, expenses, or damages resulting from delayed deliveries.

Additionally, compensation, reimbursement, or credits are not provided for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or external circumstances outside our direct control.
